abstract = "The techniques of processing data of remote sensing have provide a
best comprehension of structures ecosystems and your interaction
with the electromagnetic radiation. But, there are methodological
difficulties for the processing of high resolution hyperspectral
data for insulation limnological variables relationship on
radiometric data of detected reflectance by the sensors in field
(in situ), directly influencing in choose of technique for use in
mathematical modeling, it is difficult the analysis using only
originals spectra. In this sense the technique of derivative
analysis of the hyperspectral data, calculation attribute, was
used with a goal of study the variation of optically active
components (COAs) in water, through of data from field. The
studied environment was the low course of river Suba{\'e}, Santo
Amaro city, state of Bahia. The procedures of mathematical
modeling adopted was the derivation by finite approximation of
values of reflectance of filtrated originals spectra and first
derived (for the second order) related the a finite band of
wavelength. It was observed a relation between the behavior of
spectrorradiometric originals curves, the obtained curves from the
spectra derivate technique and chlorophyll-a concentrations. The
first order derivative presented satisfactory results for features
of chlorophyll-a. However the obtained graphics with application
of second derivative, presented strong irregularity of values
derived, its related to other COAs which were not included in the
modeling. From the methodological procedure was possible to
demonstrate the potential of successive derivation, corroborating
with other authors.",
